Chef Camilo Alonzo, born in Montevideo, Uruguay 🇺🇾, has accumulated years of experience in haute cuisine, conquering palates around the world. His career took him to renowned restaurants, where he developed a unique repertoire of flavors and techniques that reflect his passion for cooking.
The gastronomy of Florianópolis, with its influences from land and sea, is the basis of his creations, but it is his creativity that elevates his cuisine to a level of excellence. Sete Ais Bistrô offers a unique experience for social and business events, including weddings and birthdays. Every detail is meticulously planned to ensure a sophisticated and memorable experience. With 18 exclusive seats inside the bistro, in addition, our charming garden offers a further 16 seats, perfect for outdoor events. At events, we have the capacity to accommodate up to 30 people inside the bistro, creating a welcoming and intimate environment for any occasion.
